1. Tell me about your ideal holiday
Complete my short enquiry form with as much detail as possible. The more I know about your travel style, preferences and wish list, the better I can tailor my recommendations. I'll be in touch within 24 hours to clarify the details, using your preferred contact method.
2. I'll review your requirements
As every itinerary is personally curated, I won't start sourcing options until we've had a chance to connect and confirm the details. My research is thorough and can take several hours, but I'll be in touch with your tailored recommendations as soon as they're ready.
3. Receive your personalised cruise recommendations
I'll present up to three carefully curated cruise options that best match your requirements. You'll have time to review them at your own pace and discuss them with your travel companions.
4. Refine and book with confidence
Once you've chosen your favourite option, we'll fine-tune every detail until your itinerary is exactly as you want it. When you're completely happy, I'll secure your booking with the required deposit or full payment, depending on the cruise's payment schedule. From there, I'll continue to support you right through to your departure, and beyond.

If you prefer to keep things simple, but still personal, then a phone call will work just as well. However, if you are most comfortable with email, then I am very responsive to those also.
We only proceed with the booking once you are totally happy about everything.
