I'll explain how I work, answer your initial questions and talk through how I could help. It's also an opportunity for us to see whether we're a good fit. After all, you'll be trusting me with something important, and I want you to feel comfortable doing that.
If you'd like to take things further, I'll explain the most suitable service, the planning fee and exactly what's included before any research begins.

I don't simply quote the first cruise that fits the brief. I take the time to research the options, drawing on my experience and our initial conversation to find the cruises that best match your wishes, travel style and budget.
I'll then present up to three carefully selected, detailed quotations, clearly outlining what's included with each cruise, so you can compare your options and make an informed decision.
Planning fee: £100
Your fixed £100 planning fee covers my research and recommendations. If you decide to book through me, this fee will be credited towards your final holiday balance.

Sometimes, the perfect cruise is just one part of your holiday. I'll take care of the additional arrangements, coordinating your cruise with suitable flights, hotels and other travel essentials through trusted suppliers I work closely with.
This involves additional research and co-ordination to bring all the elements together, helping ensure your holiday works as a whole rather than leaving you to piece everything together yourself.
Planning fee: £200
Your fixed £200 planning fee covers the additional research and co-ordination involved. If you decide to book through me, this fee will be credited towards your final holiday balance.

For those looking for something a little more individual, this is where we can really get creative.
Whether you'd like to combine a luxury cruise with a tailor-made land itinerary, explore several destinations, add exceptional hotels and private experiences, or create a holiday that doesn't fit neatly into a package, I'll work with you to bring your ideas together.
I'll take the time to research and coordinate the different elements, working with trusted suppliers to create a seamless itinerary shaped around your interests, travel style and priorities.
Planning fee: From £250
Your planning fee reflects the time, research and complexity involved in creating your bespoke itinerary. I'll agree the fee with you upfront, before any research begins, so you'll know exactly what to expect.
If you decide to book through me, the agreed planning fee will be credited towards your final holiday balance.
*The fee is payable per booking. If you decide not to proceed, or subsequently cancel your booking, the fee is retained to recognise the time, expertise and personal service already provided. As an independent franchisee, I invest considerable time in researching and creating your personalised recommendations, and I’m not compensated by the cruise line when a booking does not proceed.
In the end, I’ll save you time, money and potential disappointment by helping you choose the right holiday in the first place, & not simply the one that happens to be available.
